As a third-Generation butcher and sausage maker I take pride in producing premium meats and sausages for my customers. My grandfather Donald Daniels started his meat market in Browerville MN, in 1963 featuring custom processing, wild game processing and naturally smoked meats. My Father carried on this tradition of quality meats and processing starting his own meat market in Miltona Minnesota in 1976. My Father went on to win Several State and National awards for the delicious products he was creating. I worked in the that family business on a daily basis and developed a passion for Sausage making and meat cutting at an early age. Now I have decided to carry on this legacy and start my own meat market in Bozeman. My goal at Daniels Gourmet Meats is to combine three generations of knowledge and award-winning recipes, Pair that with Local premium meats and make the most delicious meats and sausages I can produce for my customers.

We stopped by 3 times in 5 days while skiing Bridger. Their housemade corned beef was beyond amazing, the Pepper Jerky is addicting, and the Prime T-Bone was one of the best I've ever had(we bought 8 of them for 16 of us). Keep up the great work!
Great selection of meats, and amazing variety of brats. Staff is very helpful and friendly, and I've gotten some great barbecue tips from them! Way better than anything you'll get at the grocery store, and at reasonable prices!
I’ve only been in the shop twice so far to get a ham, bacon, and bone in ribeyes. Everything has been great including the friendly service. Best place to get a steak in town.
This place is awesome! Huge selection, lots of local food and drinks. You could just about do all of your grocery shopping here!
The local, grass fed ribeyes were gone. ☹️ But they had a nice selection of other fresh beef. (The object of my desire, beef.) In addition to the beef, there was a wide assortment of foul, pork, sausages and meat sticks. How can you go wrong with a place that has a meat cleaver for a door handle.

We've patroned here for the past couple of years and our most recent bulk order - a purchase for the local Warriors & Quiet Waters foundation meals - was a record success. Their ribs, tri-tip, chicken and pork butt cooked beautifully and the quality of the meat shown through in its final taste. One of the warriors even went back for 4 helpings of the tri-tip saying it was the "best steak he had ever had... and he does all the grilling at home". Pretty cool. This is an amazing meat shop! Everything is super fresh, and the cuts are imaginative and interesting. The butchers are the best, and super helpful. The smoked pork chops are only available every other week but look for them, they are incredible camping food: you just warm them up and you've got an amazing dinner. The chipotle bacon is superb, the steak cuts the best in Bozeman. If you like to cook, you'll love this place.
