Featuring the Nuremberg Brat

We are excited to bring you Bozeman’s only home-made Nuremberg Brat. What is a Nuremberg Brat you ask? This all pork, German style sausage is a staple of its region of origin. Historically, only specialized pork butchers were allowed to produce the Nuremberg Bratwurst and had to present them daily to the imperial butcher for quality control and consistency. Needless to say, it is delicious. This specific recipe was picked up by Austin’s father (a Butcher himself), while studying in Germany.
