Cube Steaks with Mushroom Gravy
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350, and a cast iron pan to medium heat. Coat cube steaks in flour, season with salt and pepper, and brown evenly on both sides. Remove steaks from pan, and saute onions and mushrooms. Once they have started to brown, add garlic, rosemary, and thyme, and cook an additional 5 minutes. Return steaks to pan with the mushrooms and onions, cover with beef broth, add Worcestershire sauce, and more salt and pepper if necessary. Place the cast iron pan in the oven and cook for appx 30 minutes, until gravy has come together, and steaks are tender.
Recipe Notes

**Chef’s Tip: If you prefer a thicker gravy, add more flour to the onion and mushroom recipe at the same time as the garlic and herbs. This will cook the flour slightly, giving it a robust flavor, and prevent clumping!**
